Classification of plastic pallet boxes
1. Integrated plastic pallet box
Large plastic pallet boxes use HDPE (low-pressure high-density polyethylene) with high impact strength as raw material. The box body of the closed pallet box and the grid pallet box adopts one-time injection molding technology. The product design is integrated with the pallet and the box body, which is particularly suitable for matching forklifts and manual transport vehicles, and the turnover is more flexible and convenient.
Large plastic closed pallet boxes and large plastic grid pallet boxes can also be purchased according to actual use. The accessories are as follows:
① Rubber wheels (generally 6 rubber wheels are installed in each pallet box, which is convenient and flexible to move).
② Pallet box cover (the box cover is designed to be inverted, which is more closed. After the pallet box cover is matched, it will not affect the stacking of plastic pallet boxes and make the pallet box stacking effect better). Friendly reminder: The pallet box cover cannot bear weight.
③ Water outlet nozzle (when the large closed pallet box is used to store liquid items, the drainage outlet designed to facilitate the storage of liquid items from the closed pallet box is more user-friendly).
2. Large foldable pallet box
Large foldable pallet box is a logistics product designed to reduce storage volume and logistics transportation costs when the box is empty. The folding pallet box inherits the consistent design of the load-bearing capacity of the closed pallet box product (dynamic load 1T; static load 4T). The material HDPE has strong impact resistance through foaming treatment. The large folding box is assembled with a total of 21 parts, including four side panels of different sizes, a tray-style base, and a small door for picking up goods designed on the side door, and is manufactured using 12 molds.
